2026 Prader-Willi Syndrome Conference Exhibitors

About the Conference

The 2026 PWS Conference will bring together families, clinicians, researchers, allied health professionals, educators, disability workers, and policymakers to share knowledge, strengthen community, and advance support for people living with Prader-Willi Syndrome in Australia.

With 2 high-profile and highly sought after international speakers, Dr Jennifer Miller and Dr Laura de Graff, we expect a very significant turnout for this event. Delegates will be capped at 160 per day. Friday (28th August) is a Research Program whilst the weekend program (29-30 August) is more relevant to clinicians and families.

This is the only national event of its kind—and a unique opportunity to connect your organisation with a targeted, engaged audience who are seeking supports, services, and innovative solutions.

Why Exhibit?

  • Targeted Visibility: Direct access to around 200 attendees across the event—including families, clinicians, researchers, and decision-makers.

  • Lead Generation: Promote your services or products to individuals actively seeking trusted support in areas like therapy, nutrition, behavioural supports, assistive tech, education, housing, and community access.

  • Networking: Meet national leaders in clinical care, research, and family advocacy.

  • Brand Alignment: Be part of a rare disease conference focused on inclusion, innovation, and community care.

  • Our three-day conference brings together a diverse community with distinct audience profiles each day:

Day 1 attracts primarily researchers, academics, and clinicians, with some families attending. This day focuses on research presentations and clinical insights.

Day 2 sees increased family attendance alongside continued professional participation, creating a blend of research-focused and family-centred engagement.

Day 3 is predominantly family-oriented, with most attendees being individuals and families with lived experience.

We encourage exhibitors to tailor their presence and materials accordingly—from evidence-based resources and professional networking on Day 1, to accessible, family-friendly engagement strategies by Day 3.
